So You Won Something! Congratulations!! …Now What?
*Some* prizes need to be picked up at Main Reception at 25 Dockside Drive (Queens Quay and Lower Jarvis).
What prizes need to be picked up? Some gift cards, and larger prizes.
What prizes will be mailed? Only cheque’s and they can take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive.
Pick-up hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.
*Please note: You will be contacted within 1-2 days of winning by our Promotions Department on how you will claim your prize. Please do not arrive to our office unless you have first spoken via email or by phone with someone from the Promotions Department first for further instruction.
What should I bring?
Any form of government issued photo id.
Can My Friend/Lover/Mother/Brother Pick Up My Prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as you let our Promotions Department know in writing ahead of time. They will be required to show a valid piece of photo ID in order to verify their identity at the time of pick up. Some conditions may apply, ie: for grand prizes, trips or other large item giveaways you the winner may need to be present in order to pick it up.
When Can I Win Again?
We like to keep things fair for everyone so unfortunately you can only win once every sixty (60) days across all of our Toronto brother/sister stations (102.1 The Edge, Q107, and AM640 Toronto). However, this may very for our larger promotions that have their own curated rules. Please reference our contest pages and reach out to our Promotions Department if you’re unsure of your eligibility.
How Much Time Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
We’ll hold on to your prize for 60 days from the date you won or the date we first contact you to let you that the prize is in. If you can’t make it in within the 60 day time frame, please notify promotions and arrangements may be made to hold the prize for a wee bit longer. You will be notified about grand prize deadlines by our promo team. If it’s concert tickets, no worries, we’ll hold on to them until the date of the show. Just get down here…you won something great so pick it up why don’t cha!

If your prize is not available on the day that you won, our Promotions Department will notify you once it can be claimed. If you do not hear from us within ONE WEEK of the show/event you won tickets to, it is your responsibility to follow-up to ensure you receive your prize.

Can You Mail My Prize To Me?
Some prizes can be mailed out to you! This varies depending on the prize and delivery method. Please reach out to a member of our Promotions Department (their contact here!) for more info on your prize and options.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, so don’t ask.
Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
