Last September, Bladder Cancer Canada hosted the 9th Annual Bladder Cancer Canada Awareness Walk. The walk took place in 19 communities across Canada, and was a great success!
Together we raised just over $600,000. This is quite an accomplishment! We are sincerely grateful to all volunteers, walk participants and donors who help us to continue to fund our mission. Please join us this year in reaching our national goal of $600,000.
Our Awareness Walk is a fun-filled day, bringing patients and families together and is responsible for raising 75% of our total annual funds.
Bladder Cancer Canada is a national charity organized to:
- Help bladder cancer patients and their support teams address the day-to-day issues of this disease
- Increase awareness of bladder cancer among the general public and medical community and
- Fund research which pursues the diagnosis, treatment and elimination of bladder cancer
