Canada election results: South Surrey–White Rock

Conservative Kerry-Lynne Findlay has been re-elected in South Surrey-White Rock in the 2021 federal election, Global News projects.

With 207 of 217 polls reporting as of 10:30 p.m., Findlay held 42.9 per cent of the vote, over Liberal Gordie Hogg’s 38.4 per cent.

The NDL’s June Liu trailed in third.

Findlay was elected to the seat in 2019 with almost 42 per cent of the vote. She first ran for the riding in a 2017 byelection, but lost.

She had previously served as MP of the former Delta–Richmond East riding from 2011 until 2015.

The South Surrey–White Rock riding is in B.C.’s Lower Mainland and borders the United States.

Conservative Party: Kerry-Lynne Findlay (incumbent)

NDP: June Liu

Green Party: None

People’s Party of Canada: Gary Jensen
