Frances Bean Cobain has spent the last two years battling her ex-husband Isaiah Silva in court. TMZ is reporting that it is finally all sorted out.
According to their settlement, Silva will get to keep Kurt Cobain’s iconic 1959 Martin D-18E. That is the guitar Cobain famously played during Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged in New York.
The guitar is exceptionally rare and said to be worth millions of dollars. Silva claims that Frances gave it to him as a wedding present.
Other than the guitar, TMZ said Frances bean did “great” in the settlement. Huh.
“Frances actually did great in the divorce. We’ve learned she will not have to pay Isaiah a penny in spousal support — he wanted $25k a month. He has to foot his own legal bills and she gets the house they bought.”
