Watch The Killers honour Tom Petty at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame held their annual induction ceremony last night.

Tributes were held throughout the night, including one for Chris Cornell featuring Heart’s Ann Wilson and Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains playing the Soundgarden track “Black Hole Sun.”

As well as a tribute to Tom Petty by The Killers, who played the popular Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers songs “Free Fallin'” and “American Girl.”

Petty died this past October, with many artists paying tribute to him since including Fleet Foxes, Conor Oberst, and Against Me!
